As we grow, we're looking for a Process Specialist - Technical to join our established team at our Clayton manufacturing site. With 1-2 years of experience in a process role, you'll be pivotal in leading our technical initiatives, focusing on the identification, assessment, and implementation of key business improvements.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Run new product development (NPD) trials at our site
- Lead the Daily Quality Review and Competitor Benchmarking program
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, focusing on identifying lead indicators impacting final product quality
- Conduct analytical testing of products and perform data analysis
- Create and maintain SOPs, ensuring compliance and efficient operations
- Facilitate raw material and product testing, enhancing our product performance
- Interface with operations and R&D on all NPD, technical, and process-related initiatives
- Collaborate with the site Technical Manager and QA to ensure seamless integration of new product launches with site QA systems
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving product and performance quality issues
- Facilitate communication at site level to implement and optimize Technology initiatives
- Based at the Clayton manufacturing facility, with occasional travel to our nearby Gluten free site

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- A degree or ongoing studies in Process Engineering or Food Science
- Relevant industry experience, preferably in the food, dairy, baking, or beverage industry
- Experience in process control and procedural drafting
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and interpretation
- Demonstrated planning, organizing, and project management skills
- Strong technical skills, especially in Excel, with a bonus if you're familiar with Tableau, PowerBI, or programming in R/Python/Matlab
