Planning Systems and Process Specialist

The Role The Role We have an exciting role for an experienced Planning Systems & Process Specialist to join the tight-knit Planning Excellence team at Bega. This role will design, develop and deliver high-quality Supply & Materials Planning system and process solutions that extend existing and create new capabilities for the Planning Team. The role will work closely with the Supply & Materials Planning Team to drive improvements in our Planning systems, reporting, processes and capability to work towards our vision of being best in class. In this role, you will be a Solution Developer, Implementer and SME as well as Business Partner. Enjoy flexible hybrid working with a balanced split between our Docklands office and working from home. Responsibilities - Identify and support the planning team to analyse and solve system issues - Design and develop high-quality system and process solutions - Implement new functionality and develop and deliver comms and training programs - Partner with IT to build planning and reporting systems functionality - Provide SME across process, systems and reporting within Supply & Materials Planning area About you - Previous experience in Supply/Demand/Materials Planning is essential for this role - Technical understanding and passion for planning process and systems improvements - Ideally have knowledge and experience with SAP, IBP and PowerBI - Previous experience as the conduit between IT and the planning function and the ability to convert "IT speak" into "planning speak" - Great stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
