Melbourne Carpet Specialists is a centrally located business servicing residential and commercial building sectors in both the public and private markets.

This role involves but is not limited to:

- Helping to build and maintain good customer service relationships in all aspects of the company
- Arranging operative meetings for your team, for training and development in customer service
- Taking and managing calls and diverting to appropriate teams where necessary
- Query resolution, providing valuable feedback where necessary and implementing efficiency
- Manage work orders proficiently and in an adequate time frame
- Monitor and develop innovative procedures in line with Department policies
- Uphold and develop external relationships to ensure satisfaction with the service being provided
- Ensure customer satisfaction is at peak performance by modifying and improving current follow-up procedures

Your necessary skills:

- Qualified to Degree Level
- Qualifications in Customer Service
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Manager role
- HROTCloud or HROTClient system knowledge experience preferred
- DFFH exposure desirable
- Ability to prioritise & manage your daily schedule to ensure deadlines are met
- Demonstrate consistent standards & the highest level of technical proficiency
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent communication skills & dedication to setting client expectations

Roles and Salary: Full time position $65,000

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
