Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, we have a 6-month day rate opportunity for an Executive Officer to join our Technology Team. You’ll interact with the key leaders of the technology and data teams, to find ways to optimise its ways of working by mobilising and leading cross-functional squads of craft specialists. You’ll be responsible for driving collaboration across HI Tech and the enterprise, including Business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on the program’s vision, priorities and progress. The role will provide leadership, stakeholder co-ordination, and resource management, where/when additional funding is released by the enterprise to increase the speed of delivery and business outcomes. Please note this day rate role won’t be extended past 6 months on a day rate.

**To be successful in this role you’ll need**:

- Excellent coaching skills including providing continuous feedback for success to develop high performing teams.
- Experience in working with C level executives, influencing outcomes and building strong relationships.
- Experience working with stakeholders with competing priorities and working through the priorities to achieve strategic objectives.
- Experience working in and understanding of the regulatory environment in which Bupa operates.
- Experience writing and preparing board reports and other statutory required reporting.
- Expansive knowledge of enterprise project portfolio management practices, business planning and reporting, governance and risk management, budgets and performance measurements.
- Proven experience driving process improvement and supporting business change.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations of deliverables, seeking ongoing feedback and managing divergent interests.
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience in portfolio and performance management withing a large and complex technology environment.
