Our client is a one of Australia’s most recognisable brands within their retail industry sector offering their consumers top quality national and internal products coupled with exceptional customer experience. Established over 40 years ago, they have a national retail footprint of well over 100 franchised retail stores, spanning major cities, territories, and regional centres.
**The Role**
Our client is looking to expand their store network nationwide and has introduced a new role to oversee this process. The Leasing & Franchise Executive will be responsible for identifying suitable and profitable sites for new stores in both existing and upcoming developments. The Leasing & Franchise Executive will work with consultants to ensure that these locations align with the company's criteria and strategic goals. Additionally, the Leasing & Franchise Executive will establish relationships with existing franchisees and recruit new ones to ensure the successful opening of new stores.
**About You**
**Skills and Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in contract negotiation and closure
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities
- Proven negotiation expertise
- High level of proficiency in MS Office
- Demonstrates exceptional ethical standards and integrity in all professional relationships
- Ability to take the lead in complex negotiations and exhibit a comprehensive business perspective in conflict resolution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong capabilities in developing and executing strategic plans
- Good presentation abilities
