**About the Role**

Based in BYD's Sydney office in Macquarie Park, this role will support our **Network and Sales** team for the upcoming new brand**. **On offer is a Network Manager （New brand） position and your day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive network development strategy to expand our dealership network in strategic locations.
- Develop and execute strategies for expanding dealership network in alignment with company objectives.
- Identify potential dealership partners and negotiate partnership agreements.
- Follow up the Corporate Identity constructions and oversee the onboarding process for new dealerships, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team, e.g., Aftersales Team, to align network development efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes, leveraging insights to inform network development strategies and corporate identity initiatives.
- Liaise with HQ network development team to localize the network development initiatives and work on continuous improvement.

**Key requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in automotive sector preferred at OEM, Dealership
- Strong prospecting and relationship building skills.
- Advanced negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of achievement, plus the ability to contribute and work in a team environment.
- Willingness to business travel.
