**Introduction**:
Bamara is on the lookout for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Quality Compliance Team Leader. Regular travel to our Taree head office will be required as well as traveling to other Bamara regions. This role also offers the ability to be to work from home when not required to travel.

**Description**:
The Quality, Compliance Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the organisation establishes and maintains systems and standards enabling quality assurance to customers, clients, and stakeholders and in particular to comply with relevant accreditation standards, financial and governance principles. This role is also responsible for ensuring the organisation complies with:

- its obligations and responsibilities by working closely with the compliance team via a Service Level agreement.
- its obligations and responsibilities under employment and related services and any other program deeds and guidelines.

The Quality, Compliance and Performance Lead is responsible for
- the implementation and management of Policies & Procedures, Audit & Compliance, Customer Feedback and Complaints.
- overseeing contractual compliance across all business units and programs.
- Managing WHS requirements
- Monitoring, documentation and managing of Hazards and Incident

**Skills and Experiences**:

- ISSO knowledge
- Employment Services Experience
- NDIS experience
- Pass a Police check
- Pass WWCC
- obtain an NDISWC
