The opportunity is a newly created role within a well-established and experienced team in an organisation that have been operating for over 30 years.

Joining the close-knit team you will be using your Workers Compensation Case Management experience to support a portfolio of clients with their Insurance needs. This role is idea for someone from a Workers Compensation Premiums, Claims or Rehab background, with the right attitude who is keen to learn

Based in
**Parramatta**, the team usually work in office Monday - Wednesday and from home Thursday/Friday.

**Duties Include**:

- Ensuring a high level of service is delivered to a portfolio of clients and supporting with insurance programs, claims, risk exposures and claim reviews
- Develop RTW plans and liaise with medical practitioners and allied health professionals
- Supporting the senior team and working towards department goals
- Working as a team and independently, on site and remote to offer unique and innovative solutions for clients

**To Be Successful**:

- Existing Case Management Experience in Workers Compensation Required
- Previous knowledge of Premiums desired
- Confident in NSW state legislation
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal with a professional approach
- Proven experience negotiating RTW outcomes
- A positive, growth mindset attitude
