The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Account Executive or Account Manager to join our Sydney team. In this role, you’ll work on some of Australia’s largest and most well-known brands, managing integrated advertising projects from brief to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to bring big ideas to life and ensure seamless execution every step of the way.
A Snapshot of What You'll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of your client’s business at an operational level and build strong, trusted relationships with their external agency partners
- Support your Manager and broader Account Management team in delivering fully integrated campaigns across advertising, CRM, and digital communications
- Proactively manage briefs, timelines, work-in-progress, job numbers, and estimates
- Contribute to strategic briefings, development discussions, and writing well-thought-out creative briefs
- Coordinate measurement, monitoring, and tracking for post-campaign analysis
- Build and nurture effective working relationships within the agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance

Your Ideal Experience
- At least 1 year of experience working as an Account Executive or Account Manager within a Creative or Communications Agency environment
- Proven experience managing campaigns and communication projects
- Knowledge of advertising channels: TV, radio, print production, digital including social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—confident and credible presenter
- Passionate about great ideas and committed to delivery
