We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Change Analyst to join our team. As a Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting change management initiatives within our organization. Working closely with the Change Manager, you will contribute to the successful implementation of change strategies, stakeholder management, and training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Change Manager to analyze and assess the impact of proposed changes on stakeholders and business processes.
- Support the development and execution of change management plans, ensuring effective adoption and implementation.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and engage with stakeholders to create awareness, address concerns, and promote buy-in.
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the changes.
- Evaluate change adoption through surveys and feedback mechanisms, and provide insights and recommendations to improve change management processes.
- Work with the Change Manager to identify and implement change management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Change Management or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess the impact of changes on stakeholders and business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also taking direction from the Change Manager.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Business, Organizational Psychology, or Change Management.
- Additional certifications in Change Management or related disciplines are advantageous.
