Joining a friendly, cohesive team the Organisational Change Analyst will be responsible for providing coordination and support to our clients exciting CRM project, as well as supporting other Information & Digital transformation initiatives. Your focus will be on driving the organisational change and adoption program for a new greenfield CRM project guided by a senior project manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for identifying the impacts resulting from changes to people, process, systems and culture.
- Participate in Change committee forums whilst cultivating strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the forward schedule of Change, and assessing ICT scheduling impacts against other projects or advised business events to reduce impacts to I&D Services and the user experience
- Support the Senior Change Consultant to develop the change management plan, track, and manage key milestones
