RGIT Australia is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Sales and Marketing Officer to work on our Melbourne Campus.

This is currently a** full-time** position.

**About the role**

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Manage inbound and outbound phone and web-based enquiries.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
- Prioritise and attend to lead and customer questions as needed.
- Work on key sales campaigns to drive new enrolments.
- Track all appointments, sales, status reports (etc.) thoroughly.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to extend customer lifetime value.
- Provide student entry requirements advice and assess student entry requirements.
- Maintain accurate data in the student databases i.e. CRM (Hubspot) and SMS (Axcelerate/RTO Manager).
- Drive recruitment, admission, and support for students.
- Work towards meeting sales targets and budgets.
- Conduct sales and marketing initiatives to ensure effective and efficient student recruitment operations.
- Perform research activities and report accordingly for satisfactory operations.
- At Least Diploma or higher in the field relating to business or marketing.
- Minimum 2-year experience in general sales and marketing.
- Impeccable customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in sales environment.
- Ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
- Understanding of admissions issues, market trends, domestic market recruitment guidelines and how to promote vocational education.
- Knowledge of student recruitment in the VET education industry.
- Advanced ability to multitask and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient with digital, social media marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
