**Responsibilities**:
As a **Sales Marketing Officer**at Opulence College, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, responsible for promoting our esteemed institution to education and migration agents. Your key duties will include, but will not limit to:

- Cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with our existing network of education and migration agents.
- Identifying and engaging with new education and migration agencies in Melbourne, fostering strategic partnerships with Opulence College.
- Developing and executing effective marketing and student recruitment strategies and campaigns.
- Regularly reporting marketing activities to the College Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Crafting compelling marketing collateral to showcase our College's offerings.

**Performance and Compensation**:
Your performance as a Sales Marketing Officer will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. During the probationary period, your progress will be assessed based on a set sales target. Your salary will be commensurate with your experience.

**Probationary Period**:3 months

**Requirements for this position**:
**Experience in International Student Recruitment**:

- Minimum of 1 year's experience in recruiting international students for vocational education and training (VET) courses in Australia.

**Marketing and Sales Expertise**:

- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, targeting international markets.
- Ability to manage and grow partnerships with education agents and third-party recruiters.

**Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent**:

- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

**Digital Marketing Skills**:

- Familiarity with social media platforms, content marketing, SEO, and other digital marketing strategies.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in a second language other than English (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Bhutanese, etc.) is an advantage.

**Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

**Understanding of Australian Education Framework (optional)**:

- Strong knowledge of CRICOS, ESOS, and other compliance regulations governing the enrollment of international students.

**Data-Driven Approach**:

- Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on recruitment trends, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

**Teamwork and Collaboration**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including admissions, compliance, and student services, to achieve student enrollment targets.

**Willingness to Travel**:

- Availability to travel domestically and internationally for education fairs, agent visits, and other promotional activities.

**Problem-Solving and Adaptability**:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
