**About the Role**.

Due to the recent growth, we are expanding our International Student Cohort. We are seeking a motivated, experienced, professional, and high achieving individual to join our energetic and enthusiastic team as Sales & Marketing Officer for our Melbourne campus.

**Marketing Officer Role Responsibilities**:

- Able to work with marketing team in across iEDU Group.
- Recruit students from onshore liaising with education agents to achieve the target
- Regular market visits to agents
- Coordinate and promote events including information sessions and education expo
- High level of accuracy and professional conduct always is a must
- Ensure that our RTO complies with the standards which are set by the relevant governing bodies and that we are ready for audit at any time

**About you.**
- Minimum 1 year of International Recruitment experience in Education
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively with others at all levels
- Experience in Dealing with international and Domestic Agents & Students
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to engage and build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Ability to clearly communicate, plan and execute ideas effectively

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
