**Administrator
- Service Operations | Mt Thorley**

**About the role**

WesTrac is currently seeking an experienced **Administrator** to join our Mt Thorley workshop team. This role will be on a Monday-Friday full time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee general administrative functions including data entry, electronic filing, records management & office administration
- Carry out work order management activities including purchase requisition creation, goods receipting,**and**relevant document flow
- Maintaining the training bookings for operational staff and records management
- Co-ordinating customer and industry inductions for branch staff including medical bookings and site inductions
- Coordinate branch staff uniform and PPE requirements
- Safety administration and compliance documentation
- Part of the administration team that handle internal and external stakeholder communications
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance processes, drive efficiencies and improve customer service

**Skills & experience**
- Demonstrated experience within an administration position
- Formal qualifications in business administration desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Computer literacy skills - MS Office & data entry
- A continuous improvement mindset
