**The Opportunity**:
This position will manage and process Warranty claims for all products in Australia, under the direction of the National Product Support & Training Manager, in collaboration with a highly competent and encouraging team. Working closely with the Service teams and Global factories to ensure compliance of warranty terms and conditions are met, driving factory recoveries and minimising the impact to our customers and business by being meticulous in detail with a proactive and solutions focused approach.

**Roster: Monday to Friday**

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Experience in similar role. You'll need to have a strong customer focus and be proactive in identifying solutions and offering support to others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail in reporting to a high standard
- Ability to analyse and summarise data in order to make recommendations on future actions and business improvement processes
- Manage all Warranty Claims on behalf of the Mt Thorley branch
- Process Warranty requests and ensuring they are completed accurately and submitted within warranty timeframe.
- Liaise daily with internal Warranty Departments, Fleet Manager’s, Product Support Staff, Site Fitters and in-house staff.
- Track and maintain a register of returned parts from Warranty jobs.
- Manage & coordinate factory recalls, organise freight and advise relevant personnel and departments.
- Transfer parts from various job types to Warranty jobs and update job descriptions
- Produce reports as required by Management and other staff.
- Assist Service Department personnel in service administration.
