Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts and projects.
- Act as a primary contact for inquiries related to contracts, projects, and services. Resolve issues affecting contracts, service delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction efficiently and effectively.
- Manage all necessary paperwork and documentation. Ensure records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible for review and audit.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and key stakeholders Provide administrative support to ensure seamless operation and achievement of objectives.
- Advise senior management on critical matters and implement their decisions.
- Prepare and review submissions and reports on the organisation’s activities.
- Collect and analyze data related to projects undertaken and report on outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison among various project participants, facilitating clear and effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, project administration, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and interest in decentralized systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: $70,672.70 - $118,119.61 per year
