**About the Team**
Located in Redbank in Ipswich, the IMS team is responsible to the Chief Operating Officer. The team of 4 provides a critical foundation for operations and business requirements.
**About the Role**
The Integrated Management System (IMS) Process Specialist will report into our IMS Manager and will be obtaining information about processes and systems from the business and integrate them into the our company wide document, policy and process system. Partner with groups of experts across the wider business to facilitate, design and map different business process and to identify any improvement actions while maintaining accuracy of the data input to the Rheinmetall Integrated Management System (RIMS).
As IMS Process Specialist, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Design new business processes, improve existing processes and update RIMS accordingly;
- Work with operational, functional and support staff to gather requirements, develop specifications, assist in documenting new processes and procedures, facilitate testing, training and user acceptance and oversee rollout of the solutions;
- Develop and maintain process descriptions and related work instructions;
- Analyse process models (As-is), compare them to the future and improved designs (To-be) and determine the necessary changes for improvement;
- Identify, document and analyse business rules that govern the implementation of business processes;
- Provide technical support and user guidance on the effective use of the RDA process management IT tool (Sycat);
- Lead and support process improvement activities;
- Assist with training of business process and management system awareness;
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators; and
- Produce reports and presentations on business process management development, maturity and effectiveness.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Qualification or experience in continuous improvement (lean, six sigma, etc.);
- Formal training in business process mapping management;
- Highly developed stakeholder management and facilitation skills; experience working with senior management and technical experts;
- Experience in designing and developing business processes;
- Experience in Process Modelling (using tools like BPMN, EPC, UML, etc.);
- Experience with BPM-Software (Sycat, iGrafx, Holocentric, etc.);
- Solid understanding of ISO 9001;
- Strong MS SharePoint capabilities;
- Knowledgeable in Change Management Best Practices; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
