WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
**About the Team**
Located in Redbank in Ipswich, the Integrated Management System (IMS) team is responsible to the Chief Human Resources Officer. The team of 5 provides a critical foundation for operations and business requirements.
**About the Role**
As Process Document Writer, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Identification of process information;
- Writing process information in RDA templates;
- Identifying and engaging with stakeholders to ensure accuracy of documented information;
- Progressing documents for publication within the RDA integrated management system; and
- Producing communications to advise the business of newly created or amended process documents
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline; Engineering or Business;
- Experience in writing technical and support function process documentation;
- Highly developed stakeholder management and facilitation skills; experience working with senior management and technical experts;
- Highly proficient in MS tools and Adobe Ability, especially MS Word;
- Travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
