**About the Team**
The IMS Administrator reports to the IMS Manager and forms part of a small team of 5. The greater Quality team is continuing to grow and also includes, Operational, Planning, Audit, and Supplier Quality teams. This role will be based in Redbank at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE).
**About the Role**
The IMS Administrator reports to the IMS Manager and is responsible for supporting the organisation in the development, embedment and continuous improvement of the RDA Integrated Management System (RIMS).
- The IMS Administrator is a new role in the Quality team and is responsible for:
- Mapping current business processes;
- Identifying various areas for improvement;
- Designing business processes;
- Defining the scope of projects and clearly articulating the various issues at hand;
- Establishing success metrics and reporting mechanisms;
- Collecting and analyzing internal and external data sources;
- Assist in ensuring organisational compliance to the RDA business management system, ISO9001 and other related management system requirements;
- Support the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of RIMS and related information systems hardware and software and associated infrastructure;
- Publish RIMS processes and documentation and ensure the currency of all RIMS document are maintained as per RDA standards;
- Assist with responding to document management/ change requests across the organisation;
- Collating and storing all relevant IMS documents and information against the defined RIMS document architecture;
- Participate in the implementation of new document management related solutions;
- Provide system administrative support to end users and assist in issue resolution (user access, document workflow, SharePoint configuration, User Interface, etc.); and
- Support the maintenance and improvement of all training and user guide materials for the IMS and Quality related information systems.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Support IMS Process Specialists to design new business processes and improve exisiting processes;
- Develop and maintain process descriptions and related work instructions;
- Identify, document and analyse business rules that govern the implementation of business processes;
- Provide technical support and user guidance on the effective use of the RDA process management solution (Sycat);
- Support process improvement activities;
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities;
- Assist with training of business process and management system awareness;
- Promote the use of techniques for continuous improvement;
- Participate in quality and system audits;
- Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Business Management system, ISO9001 and other related Management System requirements;
- Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators;
- Undertake special projects as required;
- Produce reports and presentations on business process management development, maturity and effectiveness; and
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be required as determined with your manager as per operational requirements.
