Well known for being a leader in providing world class technology solutions, this relationship driven business truly recognises the value in its people and culture. In a period of consistent growth, they are looking to appoint a new HR Business Partner to join their high-calibre, close knit team for an initial 12-month period which may be extended.

Reporting to an experienced and inspiring HR leader, you will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to the Marketing, Finance and P&C functions, including partnering closely with the Marketing Director, CFO and CPO. A trusted advisor to your stakeholders in all people-related matters, you will be a key contributor to the HR strategy and its execution, ensuring a high level of HR support to the business, on a high-growth trajectory.

A varied and challenging role, there is a large transformation underway, including the implementation of a new ERP. In addition to the client portfolio, this role will also have the opportunity to support or lead a key cross-business program of work, linked to the overall Group HR strategy, which will involve strategic thinking, planning and strong collaboration across the HR team.

To be successful in this role, you will be tertiary qualified with strong experience in a HR generalist role, ideally with a corporate portfolio, that has supported a business in a period of growth. Strengths in building leadership capability and change management are essential. Commercially minded, with high levels of energy, you also bring excellent skills in influencing, and have the confidence to engage, consult and influence across all levels.
