Our client, a leading commercial department, is seeking a dedicated **Team Assistant** to support their HR and Business Operations team.
- **Full time permanent position based in Perth CBD.**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Onboarding**: Conduct conflict checks, sanctions screening, client requirements, and risk management controls.
- **Supplier Onboarding**: Manage sanctions screening and contract management.
- **Staff Trading Activity Monitoring**: Reconcile daily activities, maintain account records, and update company's Restricted Securities List.
- **Training Calendar Maintenance**: Ensure training schedules are up to date.
- **Diary Management & Meeting Arrangements**: Organise schedules and appointments.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinate domestic and international travel.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist with formatting, photocopying, scanning, and binding documents and presentations.
- **Event Coordination**: Help organise client and team events.
- **Compliance Committee Support**: Provide assistance as needed.
- **General Administrative Duties**: Handle other related tasks as appropriate.
