Due to recent growth, WesTrac are currently seeking a **Team Assistant** to join our Digital Technologies and Analytics Division.

Reporting to the General Manager of Digital Technologies & Analytics (DTA) and located at our Perth Branch location, this individual will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the General Manager and DTA Leadership Team as required.

To be successful in this role, the individual will need to have high attention to detail, strong initiative and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality always. This individual will be able to anticipate the GM’s needs and assist seamlessly to help them to function effectively. This role requires the ability to forward plan, prioritise effectively and undertake a multitude of tasks while managing conflicting priorities.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Tertiary qualification in an applicable field or significant demonstrated experience working directly with or supporting a Senior Executive in a fast-paced environment and a genuine interest in providing positive outcomes whilst driving a high level of customer experience internally and externally
- The ability to interpret data and effectively present relevant and required information
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively build relationships at all levels
- Robust organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
- Experience working proactively and innovatively in assessing issues, identifying solutions and using initiative
- Previous exposure in developing and presenting business cases and general presentations
- Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and high attention to detail
