**Job Description**:
Further duties include:

- Assist the Investments Managers to ensure things operate smoothly and efficiently - booking appointments, preparing documentation (printing, collating, binding), developing itineraries and agendas.
- Support the wider Investments team as required - scheduling meetings, circulating information, ad hoc administration assistance.
- Coordinate team meetings, functions, and events e.g., lunches, social events, farewells.
- Monthly reconciling and coding of credit cards via Flexipurchase.
- Code invoices via MediusFlow.
- Proactively track current initiatives and ensure critical actions are completed on time.
- Ad hoc backup support to the Executive Assistant - Chief Investment Officer.
- Backup reception cover at The Swan when required.

**Qualifications**:
You have experience working as a Team Assistant within in a demanding corporate environment where you have become adept at resolving operational and administrative issues.

You possess a strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You can demonstrate impeccable organisational skills and zealous attention to detail.

You have outstanding and versatile verbal and written communication skills align with excellent interpersonal, relationship building and teamwork skills.

You have a sense of initiative with a “can-do” attitude and proactive willingness to suggest improvements or develop creative solutions to challenges and processes.

You have excellent interpersonal, relationship building and teamwork skills.

You can exercise considerate discretion, judgement, and confidentiality with sensitive information.

You can adapt to change in work assignments, deadlines, and team environment.
