We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial National Key Account Manager to join our Nestlé Health Science (NHSc) Team. You will be responsible to manage Community
- Homecare and NDIS channels with major accounts.
Working as a true partner to the business, you thrive on managing senior level stakeholders and have the skill to use your sales and channel management experience to tailor messages to the needs of your audience.

**A day in the Life**
Reporting to the Head of Institutional Sales, you will be responsible for total execution of plans and achievement of specified sales targets and market share objectives across all channels with major accounts.
- Developing, implementing and maintaining customer plans to ensure delivery of objectives for NHSc across key community customers
- Lead and develop community channel development strategies in line with corporate planning
- Formulating action plans as required to reflect changes in market, customer and/or consumer dynamics to ensure performance objectives are being met
- Supporting the development of category, channel and field sales plans with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and grow existing contracts for the Health Care portfolio
- Managing positive relationships with cross functional stakeholders, internally & externally
**What will make you successful**:
- You will be outgoing, have strong commercial acumen and be passionate about sales.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Science, Dietetics, Nursing, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred
- As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style with varying stakeholders
- You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with key customer groups
- The ability to travel interstate approx. once a month.
