THE POSITION
Brother currently has a rare opportunity to join our sales team on a
fixed term contract
for a period of 12-14 months as National Account Manager (Sewing & Craft). The National Account Manager is a key driver of our Sewing & Craft category, and is pivotal to achieving continued business success and enhancing Brother's position as a customer-centric, and innovative business.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the National Account Manager will lead a team of Account Managers and partner with key national accounts to build strong relationships, deliver exceptional service, and achieve business and department targets.
The National Account Manager (Sewing & Craft) will:
- Drive sales growth by implementing approved strategies for the Sewing & Craft category, achieving targets for key national accounts and a dealer/distributor network.
- Lead, coach, and support Account Managers to deliver on budgets, KPIs, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate with a wide variety of internal teams to deliver category goals, launch new products, and execute impactful promotional campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, recommending strategies to maintain Brother's market leadership.
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement through training programs, process enhancements, and special projects.
THE PERSON
We're looking for someone with:
- 5+ years' experience in a senior sales role, with proven ability to drive results.
- Strong sales, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent customer service focus with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Skilled at listening, understanding key issues, and adapting approaches to achieve outcomes through others.
- Decisive and informed in decision-making, with a collaborative and inclusive style.
- Results-driven, energetic, and committed to achieving targets individually and through your team.
