The Role
We have permanent and temporary, full-time and part-time Customer Experience Officer positions available and would invite you to join our Talent Pool for the opportunity to join our Customer Engagement team across multiple TAFE Queensland locations.
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will provide an efficient, effective and timely range of administrative services to customers and staff, in accordance with the organisation's policies and customer service standards.
This position reports to the Team Leader.
Salary
The salary range for a Customer Experience Officer is $75,885.91 - $84,200.56 (gross) per annum.
