Overview

South Brisbane location - Commencing 29/09/25 initially to 13/02/26 - $41.38 per hour + super.

Responsibilities
  • The AO3 Customer Experience Officers will act as the first point of customer contact assisting with enquiries, requests and transactions.
  • Manage a high volume of enquiries received via inbound phone calls.
  • Attentively listen to customer enquiries, providing advice and resolutions.
  • Process a high volume of customer requests and applications.
  • Engage and educate customers on services and options available.
  • Navigate a number of different computer systems and platforms.
  • Adhere to set call centre metrics and KPIs.
  • Maintain a positive, professional and empathetic attitude.
About You
  • Prior experience working within a busy contact centre environment is mandatory.
  • Ability to commit to the full contact period.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Technical proficiency to be able to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Candidates on a Working Holiday Visa (Subclass 417) encouraged to apply
