**About Our Client**:
My client are located in the eastern suburbs and prioritise a customer focused business model, promoting flexibility of hours and ways of engagement with the remote teams.
- Partner with the Australian Leadership team and line managers to align HR strategies with business needs.
- Harmonise and implement key HR guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure consistency.
- Provide expert HR operational advice, support, and coaching across the entire HR life cycle for the Australian business.
- Deliver both strategic and tactical HR support and programs, including performance management, organisational design, learning and development, compensation programs, and employee relations.
- Manage the HR team of 6, fostering credibility, trust, and resolving employee concerns with compassion and follow-through.
- Engage with key leaders, influencing, coaching, guiding, and supporting talent management efforts.
- Advise on performance matters and contribute to succession planning initiatives.
- Create a culture of process improvement, streamlining HR processes, adding value to the business, and meeting client needs.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a minimum of 8 years in HR.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment legislation in Australia.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in talent management, succession planning, and organisational development.
- Experience in implementing and managing HR programs and initiatives.
