Expereinced HR Delivery Driver

IPA is looking for Mandatory EXPEREINCED HR delivery drivers to work with our clients based in Jandakot.

This is a great opportunity to work for one of our clients - the distribution warehouse/depot is in **Jandakot**.

Delivery drivers play an integral role in ensuring that customers receive quality products on time. This is for someone who is comfortable handling high-volume packages, and the day-to-day work will be to deliver the products to various outlets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate and maintain a Heavy Rigid (HR) truck in compliance with company policies, road regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its roadworthiness.
- Load, secure, and unload goods while adhering to established procedures to prevent damage during transit.
- Deliver products to designated customer locations within Metro Western Australia on schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers and ensuring accurate and complete order delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records, including confirmation, receipts, and required documentation.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient loading and delivery processes.
- Adhere to safe working practices, including using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or near misses immediately to the appropriate parties.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanour while representing Martin Brower to customers and the public.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks and duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's license.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Heavy Rigid (HR) truck driver, with a demonstrated safe driving history.
- A clean driving record with no severe or recent traffic violations.
- Knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws within Western Australia.
- Strong commitment to safety and safe working practices.
- Ability to effectively plan routes and manage time to ensure timely deliveries.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle the physical demands of loading and unloading goods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing delivery documentation.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and electronic logging devices.

**Salary**: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
