**About the opportunity**

We are looking for a HR Advisor that will ensure professional, seamless HR coaching and advice for the WA teams to support overall employee experience thus creating and maintaining a culture that attracts, inducts, engages, develops, and retains talent.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing coaching to managers and employees on a diverse range of strategic and operational people and culture issues, including coaching and mentoring with regards to the performance appraisal process;
- A trusted business partner to the business by demonstrating company values and accurate and commercially orientated advice;
- Leading projects and implementation of new process and procedures, participating in partnership with the L&D team, OD Manager and direct managing in the design and implementation of continuous improvement activities;
- To have a deep understanding of the business units and is a key in the implementation of HR strategies to achieve business goals;
- Champion annual HR cyclical processes such as PDR reviews and ensure that managers are implementing to a high standard by training leaders and their teams in the effective utilisation of the Professional development and planning cycle on Cornerstone;
- Partnering with line manager to refine employee onboarding processes, to ensure managers are across Cornerstone onboarding module, including conducting various HR presentations and partnering with leaders to ensure employee experiences are consistent across all Operations teams especially focusing on Service Solutions;
- Ensuring that all ER matters are triaged/identified, investigated, resolved and communicated in an effective, timely and commercially sound manner;
- Work closely with client groups to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;

**About you**

You have a positive attitude, high level of enthusiasm and exceptional attention to detail. You can manage multiple competing priorities, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.

**Skills and Experience**
- HR certificates or licenses OR significant and relevant HR industry experience working in HR teams at advisory level;
- Understanding of relevant employment legislation which underpins employment practices (e.g., Fair Work Act 2009, Privacy legislation, Equal Employment Opportunity, Accident Compensation Act and HSE Act for Victoria)
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook;
