This role aims to ensure the effective and efficient delivery, monitoring and accurate close-out of Project documentation.

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Creation of work notifications and orders in SAP
- Release Project documentation to the Project delivery teams
- Generate purchase orders and requisitions for materials, goods and services
- Seek approval and goods receipt invoices for materials, goods and services
- Upload project documentation into ATCO’s Information Management System (EIM)
- The project close-out aligns with the ‘close out timeline’, using SAP to extract finance reports, close work orders, and notifications.
- Attend and contribute to project progress meetings
- Work collaboratively with other Departments to manage the completion of shared projects
- Assist in the analysis of information and production-related reports
- Data entry of timesheets and other field information
- Develop strong Stakeholder relationships
- Provide cross-functional team cover

**Qualifications & experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to learn and manage multiple IT systems
- Work independently and within a team, taking direction from colleagues
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritise work under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Personal standards of reliability, honesty and integrity
- Intermediate to advanced Excel experience
- SAP experience preferred but not essential
