We're growing and looking for reliable, multiskilled **Relief HR Driver** to join our **Jandakot**team.

**The opportunity**
This **permanent, full-time** role is ideal for **experienced**, **adaptable** **HR Driver** who enjoy variety and have **flexible availability**. You’ll cover both **planned and unplanned leave**, with early starts (between 4:00-7:00am), mostly **Monday to Friday**, with some weekend and overtime opportunities.

You’ll work** locally**, drive a range of vehicles, and receive **full training**. Plus, enjoy a **sign-on bonus of up to $3,000**.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Step into various runs and services as needed, providing **relief cover** across a range of services and routes.
- Collect **commercial waste streams**: general waste, cardboard, plastic, bin delivery/removal, biosecurity waste
- Operate rear lift, front lift, hook lift, tautliner, and skip trucks
- Complete vehicle **safety checks and compliance** paperwork
- Build strong customer relationships
- Train with experienced drivers, with opportunities to mentor others

**What you’ll bring**
- **Minimum 2 years’ experience** driving HR trucks
- **Current HR license** and clean driving record
- Flexible and dependable with strong communication skills
- Understanding of **Chain of Responsibility** and **Fatigue Management**:

- Willingness to work across different trucks and routes
- **Waste industry experience is highly desirable**:

- A **positive,** **respectful,** and **responsible** approach to work and other team members.
