We’re expanding and looking for **reliable HR Drivers** to join our **Jandakot team**.

**The Opportunity**

We currently have **multiple full-time permanent roles** available for:

- **Front Lift Drivers** - Prior experience is required
- **Rear Lift Drivers** - No industry experience needed, **full training provided.**

These roles involve **early starts (4:00am)**, **Monday to Friday**, with plenty of** weekend overtime opportunities** available, plus a **sign-on bonus of up to $3,000**

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Operating **front lift or rear lift trucks**:

- Collecting a range of **commercial waste streams**:

- Performing **vehicle safety checks** and completing **compliance paperwork**:

- Engaging in **manual handling** - must be **physically fit**:

- Providing **excellent customer service** and building **strong relationships**

**What You’ll Bring**
- A **current HR licence** with a **clean driving record**:

- **HR truck driving experience**:

- A **flexible**, **reliable**, and **safety-first** attitude
- Solid understanding of **Chain of Responsibility** and **Fatigue Management**:

- **Waste industry experience** is a bonus but not essential
- A **positive**, **team-oriented** approach
