**About the opportunity**
The Executive Assistant reports to the General Manager - Property Development and is part of the NEX Property Development team. The key focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the General Manager - Property Development. More specifically, you will:
- Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and engagements effectively
- Diary Management
- Day-to-day administration assistance including formatting documents, reports and presentations
- Drafting Correspondence as necessary
- Take meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Manage all expense claims
- Set Up & Maintain a well-structured filing system on the companies server
- Create and maintain relationships with various key internal and external stakeholders to seek relative information and follow up on deliverables
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Property Development Related Functions, such as:
- Assist with generating DBYDs (Dial Before You Dig) for various development sites
- Conduct market research and compile information for special projects and reports as requested.
- Liaising with authorities such as local council, Sydney Water, and/or similar to seek information on specific matters
