About the Role:

BaptistCare is looking for a dedicated Marketing Specialist to join our team for a 6-month role, working three days a week. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home on Mondays and collaborating with our team in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will work within the Fundraising & HopeStreet Marketing team, delivering Community Services & Housing marketing activities. You will use your skills and your heart to market the Community Services brand and drive positive charitable outcomes in the fundraising space. Your role will also be crucial in providing support to the Marketing division across a range of exciting marketing and transformation activities

Key responsibilities include;

  • Lead the development and execution of targeted digital and social media campaigns to promote Community Services and Housing initiatives.
  • Utilise advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and optimise campaign performance across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Coordinate all Community Services and Housing promotions, materials, and campaigns with a focus on digital-first planning and execution

About You:

To be considered, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent marketing coordination experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and web development/maintenance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
