**About the Role**:
Join our energetic team at Healthcare Provider's Association in South Melbourne We’re looking for someone who is an expert in SDA construction and Project Management, who can support our clients through the SDA registration process and project management of the build if required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting clients through the full SDA registration process and the project management of the build where required.
- Data Analysis for the most suitable locations with the highest demands.
- Educating and recommendation on the types of builds, in addition to finding the land for the SDA to be built upon.
- Creating unique and custom build designs to suit the area and seeing through the construction process.
- Assisting customers NDIS registration for the SDA and securing appropriate tenants.
- Consistently deliver on targets and KPIs relating to customer experience, quality, retention, responsiveness, sales, and call management.
- Building and maintaining _“customer for life” _relationships by providing on-going tailored consulting solutions.

**What We Look For**:

- A thorough understanding of SDA and Project Management.
- Relevant industry experience ideally gained within the SDA and construction sector.
- Proven strategic consulting skills and customer facing experience in services capacity.
- Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.
- High level of organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships, work with others in a team environment to achieve team and individual goals.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on the accuracy of information delivered.
- Experience in identifying and implementing client support, transition, and or project process improvements.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, demonstrating initiative and pro-activity towards achieving business challenges and goals.
- Ability to manage and achieve goals and targets.
