**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for a motivated individual (Junior School Leaver or Established Office Professional) to join our busy fleet team with the administration and delivery processes to get new vehicles to our clients. This role is varied, exciting and exceptionally challenging, working within a busy fleet department across multiple brands. You will be working alongside a welcoming team as well as individually to organise, prepare, coordinate and deliver on our department promises.

This position is Monday-Friday 08:30 - 5:00pm.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Booking and confirming all orders with our Fleet Customers
- Ensuring Lease companies have ordered the correct vehicles
- Keeping our customers updated on delivery dates or any expected changes
- Completing all required paperwork accurately and efficiently including invoicing
- Arranging quality checks on all vehicles prior to delivery
- Delivering vehicles to our customers

**Skills and experience**
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow processes
- Previous experience in an administration role preferred but not essential
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and Communication every time
- Ability to adapt to situations as required and work towards deadlines
- Current NSW Driver's License

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
