**Senior Grants Management Lead**

- Temporary role (up to 30 June 2026) based in The Rocks, Sydney

**About the role**

This role is responsible for managing the administration of Create NSW’s grants programs, ensuring funding is delivered efficiently, transparently and in line with government policies and processes. You will oversee contracts with grant recipients, monitor compliance and performance, and make sure investments achieve their intended outcomes for the creative sector.

**About You**

You have the ability to manage grants programs from start to finish, ensuring operations run smoothly, contracts are administered effectively, and funding is delivered on time. Your strong attention to detail will help you monitor compliance, assess risks and provide accurate reporting, while your advice and guidance will support both colleagues and external stakeholders.
