**About the role**
Key responsibilities include:
- Accountability for end-to-end CRM campaigns focused on engagement and commercial metrics
- Ensure our campaigns utilise efficient tracking, reporting and monitoring solutions.
- Play a lead role within the team to define & deliver on the overall Customer Engagement strategy that generates customer retention and business growth
- Drive major event strategies within the team, including the 360 process of planning, execution and campaign performance review
- Measure, analyse and effectively communicate results with impact to identify insights used to inform decisions and improve how we work
- Understanding & communication of the wider CRM & digital marketing landscape and how it pertains to Sportsbet.
- Competitor activity tracking, analysis and benchmarking and influence project prioritisation.
The team at Sportsbet adopt a flexible 5 day working week policy based on customer and the sporting/racing calendar needs and also to ensure a great work-life balance for our staff, however there may be a requirement for the odd ‘on call’ weekend work during our busy periods (Spring Racing Carnival & Grand Finals). You will however be able to do this from home and be given time in lieu.
**About You**
We’re looking for someone who can communicate effectively and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders as well as:
- Strong understanding of channel management and best practises with technically proficient experience in CRM tools
- Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency
- Competent with English language and can write clear, concise copy
- Demonstrated knowledge and solid understanding of commercial metrics and business drivers.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Campaign manager, Mailchimp, Braze or similar
