
CRM Campaign Specialist

This is an initial 6 month contract with scope to be part of the digital transformation journey at a prestigious globally renowned higher education institution. With a user centric digital first approach you will be part of a collaborative, fun group of CRM Campaign specialists who are the engine room to delivering multichannel campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Monitor and report on activity levels to improve existing campaigns and inform the design of future campaigns.
Ensure effective and timely delivery of end to end campaigns to meet campaign requirements
Analysis and evaluation of marketing activity to optimize outcomes.
Frequent liaison with internal and external stakeholders, this role will exercise sound judgement and advanced interpersonal skills to cultivate positive collaborative relationships and achieve timely, high quality delivery of marketing objectives.
**You will bring**:
Demonstrated automated campaign specialist experience - ideally a minimum of two years
Proven ability to map and optimise customer journeys
Possess highly effective communication skills and experience building relationships across both internal and external stakeholders
Sound understanding of web analytics, and producing data-driven management reporting.
Solid experience across a CRM tool such as - Marketo, MS Dynamics, Hubspot or preferred Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Data Studio
Sound knowledge of digital advertising and digital marketing solutions and techniques and an understanding of key drivers.
Ability to conduct business analysis and optimize the CRM marketing activity collaboratively in a team environment.
