**Day-to-day**:

- Own and maintain the marketing campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, trading activity, and promotional events.
- Build and manage audience segments within the CRM tool, including importing and managing external lists for targeted campaigns.
- Manage and optimise marketing spend, maximising performance through efficient channel planning and campaign optimisation.
- Create and refine ad copy and creative assets across paid channels including Apple Search Ads and Google
- Coordinate campaign setup with Product and Trading teams).
- Write creative briefs and manage asset production with the UX team.
- Design and launch lifecycle journeys to support onboarding, churn prevention, reactivation, and ongoing engagement.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as GA4, Firebase, and Appsflyer, providing weekly reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Affiliate, Support, and Operations teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences and full-funnel alignment.
- Drive projects from concept to launch, working closely with UX/UI teams to deliver seamless and engaging marketing initiatives.
- Support product communication, coordinating with Product Managers and stakeholders to inform and align on product strategy, updates, and campaign impacts.
- Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and guidelines set by relevant authorities, including ACMA and other regulatory bodies.

Success in this role comes from a strong blend of technical CRM expertise, campaign execution experience, and cross-functional collaboration. Here’s what will help you thrive:

- Bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CRM, digital marketing, or lifecycle campaign management particularly across both acquisition and retention journeys.
Master CRM tools such as Intercom, Braze, or Customer.io, with confidence building and launching integrated multi-channel campaigns.
- Use analytics to drive decisions, with proficiency in platforms like Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer to track performance and optimise outcomes.
- Own the campaign calendar and deliver high-frequency communications with consistency and attention to detail.
- Work cross-functionally with ease, coordinating with Product, UX, and technical teams to deliver aligned and impactful campaigns.
- Leverage your experience in promotions, ideally within wagering, gaming, or app-based environments, to craft relevant and compliant offers. Nice to have not a must
Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to manage stakeholders, brief creative teams, and collaborate with external partners.
- Be a proactive team player, contributing to a positive culture while being comfortable working independently and taking ownership of key initiatives.
- Stay curious and adaptable, with an interest in emerging technologies, evolving marketing trends, and shifting customer behaviours.
- Bring a data-driven mindset, using insights to solve problems and make informed, agile decisions.
