**About the role**:
In order to effectively deliver high performing CRM campaigns, building and maintaining strong working relationships with Global and Regional teams is critical to this role.
**What you'll do**:
- Plan for, coordinate and deliver CRM campaigns to engage, retain and grow Xero’s SMB and Partner subscriber base and revenue per user
- Schedule, plan, build, QA (using Litmus), send and report on CRM communications via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Work closely with the Automation Lead and/or Analysts in the Data & Analytics team (when necessary) to ensure communications are sent to the right audience via data extension or list
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in Asana and Confluence
- In conjunction with Global Marketing Automation, the Automation Lead and where capacity allows: plan, build and run localised tests and pilot journeys across lead nurturing and CRM for cross-sell/upsell or utilisation
- Continually review CRM analytics and processes to identify operational efficiencies and performance improvement - providing recommendations to the HoD for approval

- Best practice CRM campaigns delivered on-time
- Appropriate approvals always sought and recorded
- Regular reporting done on time and to a high standard
- Proactive insights uncovered for CRM
- Positive feedback from the AU, NZ and Asia Marketing teams and Global Marketing Automation
**What you'll bring with you**:
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- An appetite for constant improvement, especially around process efficiency
- Understanding of data extensions and advanced queries in Salesforce Marketing
- Cloud HTML coding ability
- SQL (optional)
- Proven experience in the delivery of timely and outcome-focused campaigns
- Proven understanding of CRM platforms & reporting
