**The Opportunity**
We’re seeking two talented **Presales Consultants**to join our growing Process Automation team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive long-term value. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a real impact in a dynamic, forward-thinking organization.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Document centric workflow solutions with deep knowledge of one, or more of the following platforms**: Nintex, Esker, Tungsten Total Agility or M-Files.
- **Specialism**: Knowledge of Finance Process Automation is highly desirable.
- **Work Setup**: Enjoy a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the sales cycle by defining solutions and selecting products to meet customer requirements.
- Subject matter expert who can provide highly engaging tailored solution demonstrations, real-time, often in-person.
- Brand advocate for Fujifilm Process Automation solutions and associated software partners. Represent the company at events, creation of social media content, thought leadership articles.
- Using a consultative approach, facilitate customer requirements gathering workshops, process mapping, solution design and system integration components (including ERP, Business Applications, SaaS solutions).
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
- Work with implementation teams to deliver solution design artefacts and provide technical input. Clearly define, document, and communicate project milestones to sales teams and customers.

**Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements of the Role**
- 5+ years of experience in a technical consulting or pre-sales role in a software solutions capacity
- Commercial, pricing and vendor engagement experience across professional, managed services and SaaS solutions.
- Business process modelling and data management logic (extract, transform, load)
- Ability to travel domestically within Australia (local and interstate)

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience with digital document workflows, content management systems, and CRM/case management systems.
- Knowledge of Finance Business Processes and accounting practices.
- Knowledge of hosting services, relational databases (SQL preferred), and security protocols (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), networking protocols and integration of document/content management systems.
