**The Role**:
Cognizant is seeking a confident curious and experienced ServiceNow Solution Consultant that performs both standard and customized product demonstrations to potential and existing customers leading the pre sales phase from a technical point of view. Supporting our sales team understanding the evolving needs of our customers and ensuring our high standard of quality delivery.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

- Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend clients' business challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Offer comprehensive technical knowledge to elucidate the capabilities and advantages of the organization's products or services.
- Develop customized solutions tailored to address specific client needs, taking into account industry requirements and product/service features.
- Support the sales process by closely working with the team, providing technical insights, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Educate clients on the technical aspects of proposed solutions, address queries, and offer insights for well-informed decision-making.
- Create and maintain technical documentation supporting the sales process, ensuring communication clarity.
- Assist in project coordination during the sales process, ensuring a seamless transition from proposal to implementation.
- Manage technical inquiries, facilitate a smooth transition to implementation, and ensure post-sale client satisfaction.
- +4 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in any client-facing presales or consulting role
- +4 years of experience with ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification
- ServiceNow presales Certification
- ServiceNow sales Certification
- ITIL Foundations & Scrum Master Certified - Desired
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Any - Desired
