**About the Role**

As a Business Consultant within our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Practice, you will function as a pivotal bridge between our business and technology teams. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will support our wider team by conducting detailed business analysis, scoping customer and prospect engagements, contributing to presales efforts, managing resource allocation, and driving client relationship management. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can combine analytical insight with a proactive approach to client engagement and project leadership.

**What You'll Do**
- Conduct business analysis and scoping for customer by documenting detailed requirements through workshops and discovery sessions, performing gap analysis of current systems, and recommending tailored solutions to optimize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Work closely with the presales team by contributing to solution proposals, presentations, and demos that align with Dynamics 365 capabilities with customer requirements and best practices.
- Own resource management by coordinating staffing, scheduling, and expert allocation to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
- Serve as the main client contact, ensuring strategic alignment, managing communications, and fostering long-term partnerships through proactive engagement and advisory support.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- 5 years of experience in business analysis within CRM/ERP projects, with presales and client management exposure.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions using Dynamics 365.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Agile methodologies, with experience in integrations, data migrations, and managing complex, fast-paced projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic personality, great people-skills and excellent communication skills
- Relevant certifications and a degree in Business or Information Systems are a plus
