La Condesa brings vibrant Mexican cuisine and laid-back SoCal style to the heart of Subiaco. As we continue to grow and thrive, we’re on the hunt for a passionate and experienced **Venue Manager** to lead the charge and keep the good times rolling.

We’re looking for a hospitality gun with a love for great service, a talent for leadership, and the ability to run a tight ship without losing the party vibe. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep both guests and team members smiling, this is your moment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the venue
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Front of House and Back of House teams
- Drive exceptional guest experiences every single time
- Manage rosters, inventory, and venue performance targets
- Recruit, train, and develop hospitality legends
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and heart
- Work closely with the Lavish Habits team to bring the brand to life

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A seasoned hospitality professional with leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume venue
- Solid knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and tequila (obviously)
- A cool, calm, and collected leader with high energy and great vibes
- Someone who takes pride in presentation, people, and performance
