As a Restaurant Manager at Koba Subiaco, you will oversee all facets of daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team of professionals, collaborating closely with kitchen staff, front-of-house team, and management to achieve our goals of excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all restaurant operations, including staffing, training,
- scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Manage inventory levels and control costs to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring offerings are innovative, seasonal, and reflect guest preferences.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, leading by example and promoting teamwork and communication.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to support staff development.Requirements:

- Minimum of two years; relevant experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- RSA and Approved Manager certification.
