**The Position**

**St John of God Subiaco Hospital **is a world-class private hospital offering the highest quality medical and surgical care in a warm and welcoming environment. - As part of this journey, we have a new position within our
- **Procedural Services** to support our dedicated team.
- The
- ** Manager - Procedural Support** will be the direct line manager for the Technical and Support roles within Procedural Services to ensure increased productivity within these caregiver groups and manage the associated resources.
- This role is on a Permanent Full Time basis, working 76 hours per fortnight.

- Significant experience of working within a healthcare setting, preferably perioperative.
- Demonstrated experience of managing and developing operational teams with an internal customer service ethos.
- Extensive experience of developing staff and managing performance issues.
- Demonstrated experience in capital procurement, managing stock, equipment repairs.
- Experience of planning and managing budgets.
- Experience of analysing data on stock, consumables etc and taking corrective actions.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with nursing teams, medical practitioners and other key stakeholders.
- High level of analytical and report writing skills.
- Clinical experience and qualifications is highly regarded._
