Venue Manager – La Condesa, Subiaco

La Condesa brings vibrant Mexican cuisine and laid-back SoCal style to the heart of Subiaco. As we continue to grow and thrive, we're on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager to lead the charge and keep the good times rolling.

We're looking for a hospitality gun with a love for great service, a talent for leadership, and the ability to run a tight ship without losing the party vibe. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep both guests and team members smiling, this is your moment.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the venue
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the Front of House and Back of House teams
  • Drive exceptional guest experiences every single time
  • Manage rosters, inventory, and venue performance targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop hospitality legends
  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism and heart
  • Work closely with the Lavish Habits team to bring the brand to life

What We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned hospitality professional with leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume venue
  • Solid knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and tequila (obviously)
  • A cool, calm, and collected leader with high energy and great vibes
  • Someone who takes pride in presentation, people, and performance
